2. Privileges granted to any caregiver or contractor to access SJGHC systems, utilities or applications must not be transferred to any other person, either directly or indirectly.
3. Caregivers must only access data that directly pertains to the individuals tasks.
4. Caregivers must access, use and disclose information contained within, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
